Capoeira is a perfect sport for Kerstin Linnartz to relieve stress:

On stage and screen for more than one decade - Kerstin Linnartz loves and lives her job. She is born at the border to the Netherlands. After school and a year as au-pair in the USA she workes as model to finance her acting training. It was her model agent who sent her to the first casting as anchorwoman in 1998. She is hired to present „NBC GIGA“ for NBC Europe and completes her apprenticeship as TV journalist with the news channel. The show receives the Grimme award for groundbreaking connection of TV and internet. Kerstin creates her first TV-concept, the channel produces the Late Night format „GIGA Heartbeat“ after her script „down to the studio decoration“. Presenting several hours of live programme on a daily base for multiple years at such a young age equippes her with spontaneity and sovereignty that still serve her today.
